Our Vision
Our chairman, Jimmy, during his work with FOCUS Hong Kong, saw that many bright, creative, and capable neurodivergent students struggled to fit within the rigid structures of traditional education. Their unique ways of thinking were often seen as challenges rather than the assets they truly are.
He believed the issue wasn't the students, but the environment. This led to a foundational question: What if there was a place free from conventional academic pressures? A place where learning happened through doing, and success was measured by the ability to solve problems with one's own hands?
Brainchild is the answer to that question. Our vision is to be the workshop where hands-on creation is the key that unlocks potential. We exist to provide that non-traditional path, proving that when given the right tools and a supportive environment, every student can discover their strengths, build confidence, and truly thrive.

Provide alternate educational experiences for children and help them think outside the box by exploring DIY robotics and technology, especially for those who are neurodivergent.

Samuel
At Brainchild, Samuel unearthed a passion for robotics and design through our unique way of teaching- tailoring courses according to each student’s talent and interest. He thrived under our mentorship, and was accepted into UIUC for Industry Design.
Now, Samuel often returns to the workshop as an alumni to teach younger students, a testament to the full-circle journey.
Damon
Before joining Brainchild, Damon was a quiet student who struggled to express the incredible talent hidden within him. Through our personalized robotics program, which adapts to each his unique abilities, he was given the space to explore his curiosity and truly come alive.
Today, he is a confident young innovator who has found his voice, passionately turning his ideas into reality and building a bright future.
